Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of our subscribers, members, website users, event attendees, friends/families of event attendees, alumni, Suppliers other people who may contact us in order to find out more about who we are and what we do.
Our website is owned and operated by us.
WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Member data
In order to provide the range of membership services for you, we need to process certain information about you. We only ask for details that are necessary for providing you with information about how we are is fulfilling its objectives or to help us to help you with professional development and meeting your goals. This includes details such as your full name, contact details including home address, phone/mobile number, e-mail address, payment details (card details/cash/bank wire) and signature. We collect your banking details in order to process subscription fees or for payments for other services which you contract from us. We hold your data as long as you wish and have a valid membership with us. You can terminate your membership by asking us to do so. We may take certain details such as payment information for longer in line with our regulatory obligations.
Subscriber data
If you subscribe to our communications and/or services, we collect information from you to facilitate our communication with you and also to make sure that you can get the most out of your subscription. These details include your full name, mobile number and e-mail address. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your information will be deleted from our records permanently.
Event attendance data
We need a small amount of information from our event attendees to ensure that things run smoothly. We need your full name, email address, city and to communicate our events information including venue and change of plans to you. You can ask us to delete your information once the event has ended.
Families/Friends of Event Attendee data
We encourage you to bring friends and families to our events in particular to the free of charge events. We will collect their full name, mobile number and email address. We delete this information after the event if they ask us to do so.
Supplier data
From time to time, we may use external vendors to provide services to us. If you are one of our vendors/suppliers, we will contact your full name, employee information where relevant, address and payment details. We may need to keep the payment details for longer due to our regulatory obligations. We keep your other details on file for the duration of the fulfilment of our contract with you.
Student/Alumnus
If you study a programme with us, we keep your details for 10 years and you will be added to our mailing campaign based on our ‘Legitimate Interest’. The information we collect from our students and alumni includes full name, address, mobile/telephone number, e-mail address, programme of study and financial information for completion of payments. At the end of the programme, you may opt-out of our mailing list. However, the rest of your information will be kept indefinitely. The exception is your financial data which we keep for 10 years.
HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
There are two main ways in which we collect your personal data:

- or b) from third parties such as your friend, family members or employer.
Personal data that you give to us may be through one of a number of ways. These may include:
- directly via our website by entering your details
- collecting your data through a contractual or commercial relationship with you e.g. for membership subscriptions or attending a fee-paying event
- via a form which could be online as part of our website or a form provided to us as a hard copy or electronically. Examples of these include:
- an application form, as part of the membership registration process
- a form to participate in a training programme
- a form to register for events and any hard copy registration at events
- Contacting us with enquiries or comments by telephone, email or hard copy correspondence.
Website Users
We collect your data automatically via cookies when you visit our website, in line with cookie settings in your browser. We will also collect data from you when you contact us via the website.
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will process any of your personal data, in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection laws and regulations, for the following reasons: to provide you with the services you have requested; to comply with applicable laws and regulations; for administrative purposes; to assess enquiries; and to provide you with information about us and our services. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply any agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of safeguarding or other statutory regulations we have to comply with as well as those organisations with which you and we have reciprocal agreements for providing services for education or professional development. This may include our technical supporters, events organisers, coaches, lawyers, accountants and any other individual and company who we share information with to operate smoothly. We make sure that our third-parties use appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
HOW DO WE SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We care about protecting your information. That’s why we put in place appropriate measures that are designed to prevent unauthorised access to, and misuse of, your personal data. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, our servers in Switzerland . It may also be processed by persons operating in the EEA who work for us or an organisation we have instructed. If we do send your personal data outside the EEA, we will take steps to ensure that the recipient implements appropriate measures to protect your information.
